I have been in the real estate business since 1984, beginning my career in Cincinnati, Ohio. I moved to Washington State in 1987 and began again selling real estate in 1994. In 1996, I bought Smith & Gaudreau Realtors, Inc., a small, independent company with a sterling reputation in our community. In May of 2000, we became Windermere Centralia.
